We believe that effective marketing and ethical practices are not in conflict — they are the same thing.
Every claim we make about our service is accurate and verifiable. We do not use deceptive headlines, hidden terms, or misleading guarantees to attract consumers or partners. What you see is what you get.
Our platform exists to help consumers find qualified service providers quickly and without hassle. Every marketing and operational decision we make is tested against one question: does this serve the consumer well?
We operate within the bounds of the TCPA, FTC regulations, and all applicable state consumer protection laws. Compliance is not a checkbox — it is built into our platform design, consent workflows, and partner agreements.
We review our marketing materials, consent language, and partner practices on a regular basis. When we identify something that can be made clearer, fairer, or more protective of consumers, we update it — without waiting to be required to.
Every business that joins the State Wide Leads network agrees to abide by our partner marketing standards as a condition of participation. These standards are designed to ensure that the consumer experience — from the moment of first contact through service delivery — reflects the same principles of honesty and respect that govern our own marketing.
At onboarding, each partner business makes explicit representations that they hold all required licenses and insurance in the states where they operate, that they are not subject to any pending regulatory action related to consumer protection or telemarketing violations, and that they will use consumer data received through our platform solely to respond to the matched inquiry. These representations are not formalities — we rely on them and partners are held to them.
Partners are prohibited from contacting consumers by any method or at any frequency that would violate the TCPA or applicable state laws, from misrepresenting their credentials or the scope of their services to consumers, and from sharing, selling, or otherwise redistributing consumer contact information to any third party without the consumer's separate express consent.
State Wide Leads reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any partner from the network for violations of these standards, for a pattern of consumer complaints, or for any conduct that we determine, in our sole judgment, to be inconsistent with our commitment to responsible marketing. The integrity of our network depends on every participant upholding these standards without exception.
If you have received communications you believe violate our marketing principles, or if you have observed a partner business behaving in a way that is inconsistent with the standards described on this page, we want to know about it. We investigate all substantive reports and take corrective action — including partner removal — when the evidence supports it.
You can expect an acknowledgment of your report within 3 business days and a substantive response, describing the action we have taken or our findings, within 15 business days.
